This fee is paid by the hedge fund manager from investment management and incentive fees they receive from investors.  The manager has a stated fee schedule and is not layering additional fees to compensate Boomerang Capital LLC, which means there is no additional cost to the investor in working with Boomerang Capital LLC. Boomerang Capital LLC is not affiliated with and has no relationship with the hedge fund managers it represents other than a separate written agreement covering their marketing and consulting services for the benefit of the hedge fund manager.  Boomerang Capital LLC is a registered broker/dealer with FINRA.
